Koke: Atlético Madrid midfielder closing in on return from injury
Koke has been out of the last four matches. It is unclear whether he will face Qarabag on Tuesday or delay his comeback until next weekend.
The Atlético Madrid players who did not start Saturday's 1-1 LaLiga draw with Villarreal trained on Sunday morning as Los Rojiblancos turned their sights to their midweek Champions League clash with Qarabag.
The session saw Koke go through his paces under the supervision of one of the club's fitness coaches, with the midfielder doing running and ball work as he closes in on his return from a hamstring injury that has seen him miss the last four games.

But with the Spain international unable to take part in a series of small-sided matches organised by head coach Diego Simeone as part of the work-out, it remains to be seen whether he will be fit to face Qarabag on Tuesday or delay his comeback until Saturday's league visit to Deportivo La Coruña.
Meanwhile, winger Yannick Carrasco, who is currently sidelined with a knee problem, was confined to the gym at Atlético's Wanda Training Complex.
