Dani Ceballos could make winter move to Juventus or Milan

Real Madrid's young player signed in the summer from Real Betis has so far not been a key member of Zinedine Zidane's plans and top clubs are circling according to reports.

Dani Ceballos, the young player signed by Real Madrid in the summer from Real Betis, is reportedly being targeted for a January transfer to Serie A by two of the big spenders. Both Juventus and AC Milan are considering a move for the midfielder according to reports from Italian website Calciomercato.com.

Ceballos in Zidane's B

Ceballos has not, as yet, featured in the first team plans as much as some were expecting this season, especially with several injuries to Zinedine Zidane's selection between LaLiga and Champions League games. Signed in July for 18 million euros on a six-year contract, the man from the province of Seville has only featured four times for his new club, but scored a crucial brace in the 1-2 win in Alavés in September.

Playing time for World Cup 2018

Although initially seen as an ideal move to the Spanish capital to develop his career under the French coach and surrounded by back-to-back European champions, those in his camp are eyeing up this potential change in plans as a means of getting the creative midfielder back playing regularly. If he can do that then he would get a chance to impress the Spanish national team coach Julen Lopetegui ahead of next summer's World Cup in Russia.
