Barcelona and Pixar in negotiations about animation film
According to RAC1, both parties are in discussions about an animated film with the LaLiga leaders as the protagonist.
Barcelona are in negotiations with Disney-owned production company Pixar over an animated film featuring the club.

"There is contact between the directors at Barça and Pixar," Rocco Steinhäuser - a journalist - told radio station RAC1, "they are negotiations with North American directors. It wouldn't be a film about the history of Barcelona, but an animation film with Barcelona as the protagonist."
Steinhäuser added that the production would "not be small", and that it would be shown on the big screen across the world.
Ferran Soriano first considered a film
According to Professor Simon Chadwick - a specialist on sports marketing at the University of Salford - Barcelona have been considering such a move for a long time.
"FC Barça have been flirting with Disney for more than a decade," he wrote on Twitter, "former Finance Director Ferran Soriano often talked about it being a benchmark for the club. Disney has even inspired a Barça Toons animation on club TV."
The idea fits within a broader trend of football clubs seeking to appeal to fans using means beyond the pitch. Juventus and Manchester City have both commissioned documentaries, which will air on Netflix and Amazon respectively.
