The pair - and, very possibly, further key men - won't travel to the Canary Islands for Real's LaLiga clash with Las Palmas on Saturday.
Isco and Sergio Ramos are to miss Real Madrid's trip to Las Palmas on Saturday after sitting out Los Blancos' final training session before the LaLiga clash.
Neither player to face Las Palmas this weekend
The Spain stars, who both featured against Germany and Argentina during international week, were confined to the gym at Real's Valdebebas training ground on Friday.
"Isco and Sergio Ramos have niggles and won't be able to travel," Real boss Zinedine Zidane told his pre-match press conference.
A back issue has prevented Isco, Spain's hat-trick hero against the Albiceleste, from going through his paces with the group for the past few days.
Meanwhile, Ramos' physical complaint comes on the back of seven days in which he played all 180 minutes of La Roja's two fixtures.
The 32-year-old this week also became a father for the third time.
Zidane expected to rotate with one eye on Juve
With Los Merengues facing Juventus in the Champions League on Tuesday, it is anticipated that Zidane will also leave out other key players, such as Cristiano Ronaldo.
