Real Madrid to unveil Vinicius on Thursday 19 July at 13:00 CEST
The young Brazilian forward is due to arrive in Madrid in the next few hours. He will begin training with the squad on Monday and is expceted to go on the US tour.
Vinicius Junior will be formally unveiled as a new Real Madrid player on Thursday 19 July at 13:00 hours CEST at the Santiago Bernabéu. Vinicius, who is en route from Rio de Janeiro and due to arrive in the Spanish capital in the next few hours, will join his new team mates for his first training session on Monday. It will also be his first encounter with coach Julen Lopetegui and his future team mates.
Vinicius to go on Madrid's US tour
Three days later, Vinicius will be officially unveiled and the day's agenda will be as follows: immediately after the morning session in Valdebebas, he will be chauffered to the Santiago Bernabéu. In the boardroom, he and president Florentino Pérez will sign his contract and perform the usual photocall infront of the Champions League trophies posing with his new Real Madrid shirt. From there, he will go down to the dressing room to change into his new kit and take to the Bernabéu pitch for another photocall. That will be followed by a press conference in the Bernabéu press room. The club have in mind that Vinicius will complete the pre-seaon with the first team squad - including the scheduled tour of the United States.
