PSG: Jordan-branded Nike kits for Champions League leaked
Footyheadlines.com has leaked images of the Nike shirts to be worn by the Ligue 1 giants in this season's Champions League.
Images have emerged of the Air Jordan shirts to be used by Paris Saint-Germain this season as part of their long-running partnership with US sportswear giant Nike.
Jordan-branded PSG shirts feature iconic 'Jumpman' logo
The jerseys, leaked by the football kit specialists footyheadlines.com, both bear the famous 'Jumpman' silhouette that is the symbol of the signature Nike brand created for NBA legend Michael Jordan back in 1984.
Made instead of a third strip, the two kits - one white, one black - will only be worn by the seven-time Ligue 1 winners in this term's Uefa Champions League.
Each has a central stripe comprising a series of dots, while the word 'PARIS' appears on the inside of the shirts with the 'A' taking the form of the Jordan logo.
Keeper shirts in green and pink-red
Meanwhile, the Air Jordan goalkeeper shirts designed for the French club are green and pink-red, and also feature a dotted stripe running down the middle.
Jordan shirts to be released in September 2018
The kits are due for release next month.
PSG-Nike: a relationship dating back to late 80s
Nike first began supplying PSG's kits back in the 1989/90 season, and in 2013 renewed its partnership with the club until the end of the 2021/22 campaign, in a deal worth a reported 25 million euros a year.
