Images have emerged of the Air Jordan shirts to be used by Paris Saint-Germain this season as part of their long-running partnership with US sportswear giant Nike.

Jordan-branded PSG shirts feature iconic 'Jumpman' logo

The jerseys, leaked by the football kit specialists footyheadlines.com, both bear the famous 'Jumpman' silhouette that is the symbol of the signature Nike brand created for NBA legend Michael Jordan back in 1984.

Made instead of a third strip, the two kits - one white, one black - will only be worn by the seven-time Ligue 1 winners in this term's Uefa Champions League.

Each has a central stripe comprising a series of dots, while the word 'PARIS' appears on the inside of the shirts with the 'A' taking the form of the Jordan logo.

The kits are due for release next month.

PSG-Nike: a relationship dating back to late 80s

Nike first began supplying PSG's kits back in the 1989/90 season, and in 2013 renewed its partnership with the club until the end of the 2021/22 campaign, in a deal worth a reported 25 million euros a year.
