The time and date were confirmed last night by LaLiga boss Javier Tebas speaking on the late night radio show "El Transistor" on the Onda Cero network.
We now know the time and date for the first "El Clasico" of the season as Barcelona face Real Madrid at Camp Nou in a match which is arguably the biggest game in club football.

"Barcelona will face Real Madrid on Sunday, October 28 at 16:15 (CEST)" affirmed Tebas. A date for the diary of every fan of the Spanish game in a week that will see Ernesto Valverde's men have one day less rest after their Champions League clash against Inter Milan on Wednesday October 24 whilst Real Madrid face Czech side Viktoria Plzen one day earlier on Tuesday October 23.
