With four Premier League sides in the Champions League quarter final draw, it was inevitable that the draw would throw up a 'battle of Britain'. Whilst Manchester United and Liverpool were pitted against FC Barcelona and FC Porto respectively, it's Spurs and City who go head to head with a berth in the semi-final of the competition at stake.

From the outset of this year's competition, bookmakers have made Pep Guardiola's side firm favourites to lift the Champions League trophy in Madrid on June 1st and secure another piece of silverware as the club push for a historic quadruple.

Indeed the last three meetings between both sides, Guardiola's men have the upper hand on Pochettino's side winning their last three Premier League tussles with an aggregate 8-2 scoreline in the three match-ups.
