Bob Bradley, Los Angeles FC head coach, talked about how his team is doing so far, as they stand as leaders of the Western Conference with 19 points, also remaining unbeaten.

The former United States men's national team coach said that everyone thought they had a good team last year, but unfortunately things didn't go as expected, which left everyone feeling disappointed.

As a result of that, Bradley says the whole team is committed to doing better this year, which they have accomplished so far.

"I think everybody was very committed to this year, to come back, take the good football we played so often last year, try to build on it and try to be a little bit better," were Bradley's words.

Carlos Vela

The LAFC coach is pleased with the work Carlos Vela has been doing throughout the season, as the captain is the MLS top scorer with eight goals, and has become essential to the squad.

"I think Carlos is an important part as the leader of the team, he's very comfortable with his team-mates, he has handled the role of being captain really well, and I think he wants to show everyone how good he is."

Bradley mentioned the character of his captain, saying that he's a competitor, "a guy who is excited for what is going on within the team", something they love about him.
