Cristiano never disrespected me as Zlatan did - Onuoha
Former Machester City player's still upset after the attack that Ibrahimovic made against him during the weekend's match, comparing him with Cristiano Ronaldo.
The confrontation Zlatan Ibrahimovic had against former Manchester City defender, Nedum Onouha, has left RSL player with a feeling of resentment toward the LA Galaxy star, because of the Swede striker's threats and mockery during the match on Sunday.
The Nigerian player compared Zlatan to Cristiano Ronaldo during an interview he conceded to BBC Sport, in which he said that not even CR7 sought to attack his rivals.
"Even when I played against Cristiano when he was younger, he would be a bit temperamental, but that was his desire to win, not a way to disrespect the opponent, which is what this guy is doing," Nedum said.
The Salt Lake defender explained what did Zlatan told him as they played; "You know what? I'm going to hurt you. I'm going to do it to you. Just watch, there's enough time, I'll do it, "he recalled.
Ibra tried to justify himself by saying he liked to feel alive on the pitch, and after the game, went to the rivals dressing room to apologize to Onuoha, but he refused to shake hands with the Swedish star. "I do not think he's a good person, so I will not offer my hand and was straightforward by telling him to leave," he stated.
Los Angeles Galaxy
LA Galaxy is living a great moment in MLS since after nine weeks into the season; they are in second place of the Western Conference just one point behind crosstown rivals LAFC.
Zlatan is the team's current scorer with eight goals, just three goals behind the leader, Los Angeles FC captain, Carlos Vela.
