GAME OVER! Tunisia into the semi-final against Senegal on Sunday. Madagascar, who looked dangerous for spells in the first half are left heartbroken after their first Africa Cup of Nations comes to an end.

Anicet gets himself booked for a foul on Khenissi, which might have spelled trouble for Madagascar.

THERE IT IS! It comes via a deflection. Sassi with the strike and it comes off the back of Fontaine. Catches Adrien on his wrong foot and that might go down as an own goal but Sassi takes it for now.
Injury now as Kechrida got a hand in the face.

Madagascar get a rare attacking going but Metanire launches it towards goal in hopeful fashion. That's way over the bar.

Tunisia just slowly increasing the pressure on Madagascar.

Madagascar midfielder, Sliti, thinks the debutants can win the African Cup of Nations at their first attempt.
"We are happy with the victory over DR Congo and it shows that we are capable of winning the Africa Cup of Nations," he said.
"Now that we have scaled the Congolese hurdle, we will work very hard for our next game. With our players and great staff, we'll do everything to go as far as we can."
Madagascar, on the other hand, have beaten Nigeria and Burundi but drew with Guinea. Their last 16 game went to penalties also and they beat Congo in the shoot-out.
Tunisia haven't won a game yet in normal time. They drew all three of their group games against Angola, Mali and Mauritania before beating Ghana on penalties in the round of 16.

Tunisia last won it in 2004. That was actually the only time they've won it but they made it to the final in 1965 and 1996 but lost on both occasions.
