The anti-violence commission declared on Tuesday that the encounter between Valencia and Chelsea in the Champions League has been rated 'high risk'. The two clubs meet at the Mestalla on Wednesday 27 November.

Chelsea's 'high-risk' tag

The game in Valencia is the penultimate in the group stage of the 2019/20 Champions League. Both sides go into it sitting on seven points in Group H, level with Ajax in what is now a three-way tussle for the top two spots.

As well as this game being treated seriously for violence, so too have the Real Madrid and FC Barcelona matches. The capital club welcome PSG on Tuesday 26 November, while the Catalans will battle with Borussia Dortmund on the Wednesday at Camp Nou.
