How are you at Atlético?: "Very happy. The treatment I have received since I arrived has been impeccable, as much from the club as from the fans. I am sure we still have great moments to experience."

Diego Simeone: "He lives football with a lot of passion. He always instils that intensity necessary to face every training session or match to the maximum.”

Keeping fit during quarantine: "I try to follow a preparation plan just as strict or more than when we were in competition. You have to take special care to make sure you're on top when it comes to competing again."

Diet: "I’ll finish by telling you what I don’t eat, haha: not cereals or dairy products or ultra-processed food.”

Favourite position: “I always work to my maximum to be available when the boss decides, whatever that position may be.”

What caught your attention when you arrived at Atléti?: "From the first day the dressing room, the coaching staff and fans all go as one, in good times and bad."

Relationship in the dressing room: "The relationship is very good, really. There is a great atmosphere and it shows in the day-to-day work and in the games. We are a family."

Best memory with Atléti: "Those that have yet to come.”

Team mate whom you best get along with: "The truth is that the atmosphere is very good and I get along with a lot of my team mates. If I have to say one, it would be Mario Hermoso, because we have known each other since we were little."

Best goalkeeper in the world: "Oblak".

How did you feel when you put on the Atléti shirt?: "A lot of excitement and a lot of responsibility. It was a moment to remember.”

FIFA 20 Tournament: "I did what I could. It was a great initiative. We had a fun time and, most importantly, we have helped to raise funds for the fight against the coronavirus. Today is everyone's game and we are going to win.”
