Cristiano Ronaldo's Funchal Easter lockdown
The Portuguese striker posted a series of pictures over the Easter period as he remains under lockdown on the island of Madeira.
Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo has been busy updating his social media profiles with family snaps as he remains in his native Funchal with Georgina Rodríguez and his four children.
Easter greetings
“A Happy Easter to you all”, was the message from the Portuguese striker as the player and Georgina beamed for the camera with the children oblivious to the shot being taken.
Cristiano remains in Madeira and as yet has no return date for a return to Turin where the Serie A campaign remains postponed and the country on total lockdown through to early May.
Training regime
The player's club, Juventus was one of the first teams to impose self-isolation on their squad as the Covid-19 pandemic swept across Italy. However with Juve striker Cristiano Ronaldo's mother having suffered a mild stroke, the player was given permission to travel to Madeira, Portugal, to be with her. His mother Dolores Aviero was recently released from hospital and the striker continues to maintain his daily fitness regime on his native island.
