Tamil Nadu 12th results announced: links to check the result

Directorate of Government Examination, Tamil Nadu has declared the Class 12th Board exam results 2020 and students can check their scores on the Tamil Nadu official website.

How to get the result:

Once students log into the website (tnresults.nic.in or dge.tn.nic.in) they can click on the flashing link on the homepage that reads- TN HSC Board exam results 2020 Then they enter their roll number and click submit to get the result.

Class 12th Board exam results were released on Thursday 16 July, with 92.34% students have passed the exams, while the TN board also announced the delay of  class 11 or +1 results.

A tally of 7,20,209 could pass the exam this year achieving a passing percentage of 92.34%, slightly better than last year's fulfilled passing percentage which was 91.03%.

 Pass percentage among science students was 93.64%, Commerce students recorded a percentage of 92.96%, while Arts students achieved 84.65% pass percentage, and Vocational stream students recorded 79.88%. The major with the highest number of students that have passed the exam was Computer science as 99.51% of students managed to pass the exam.

Students of Tiruppur district achieved the highest pass percentage among other districts (97.12%) followed by Erode district whose pass percentage is 96.99%.
