SpaceX Crew Dragon returns to Earth: preview

Following a 63-day stay aboard the International Space Station (ISS), NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley are due to splash down in Florida inside SpaceX's Crew Dragon capsule on Sunday.

The target for landing is on the edge of Florida’s panhandle in the Gulf of Mexico, just off the coast of Pensacola, with a back-up option outside Panama City (Tropical Storm Isaias has ruled out the first choice near Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral).

In what is the first water landing of a crewed US capsule since 1975, Behnken and Hurley are scheduled to splash down at 14:48 Eastern Time (20:48 CEST). Find out what time that is where you are in the world.
