The PlayStation 5 (PS5) is already on sale in the US. Starting on 12 November, Sony's new next-gen console will be available in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, and South Korea while the rest of the world will have to wait until 19 November. And those people about to get their hands on the hardware will be wondering about what games (both exclusive and third-party titles) are available at launch. Although it not being the beginning of a new generation of consoles with the highest amount of fresh and exclusive games, there are plenty of options to choose from. Check them out below:

Games included in PlayStation Plus Collection

One of the new features that Sony has prepared for its latest device is the PlayStation Plus Collection, which is a new offering included in the PlayStation Plus program at no additional cost. PS5 console owners with an active PS Plus membership will be able to access 20 games that, as Sony say, 'defined the generation'.

Backward compatibility

The new PS5 is compatible with over 4,000 PS4 titles. This backwards compatibility will also improve the visuals of the games so players who own titles from the previous hardware will also be able to enjoy them on the new console.
