Fortnite is hosting the Black Widow Cup on November 11 as part of the Marvel Knockout Super Series. Through this in-game tournament, players will have the chance to get the new Black Widow Snow Suit Outfit skin for free before it goes on sale on the store. How to get Black Widow (Snow Suit Outfit) skin for Free in Fortnite

In order to obtain the new Black Widow skin (in its Snow Suit Outfit version) for free in Fortnite, it's necessary to participate in this Black Widow Cup. Only the best teams from each region will be able to get it. These teams will play the duos variant of the Marvel Knockout Limited Time Mode (or LTM) up to 10 matches. The players will only be equipped with superhero's abilities. Teams will earn points according to the position they achieved through the matches:

In case of ties, the rules establish several tiebreakers: (1) total points scored; (2) total Victory Royales in the session; (3) number of eliminations in the session; (4) average placement per match in the session; and finally (5) a coin flip.

Based on this point system, players can achieve different placements. To obtain the Black Widow skins, competitors must get the following placements (depending on their region):

Is it possible to get the Black Widow skin beyond the tournament?

Epic Games has announced that for those players who don't achieve the stated placements, the Black Widow skin will be purchasable in the future in the in-game shop in exchange for v-Bucks.
