Swansea City were in the Premier League as recently as 2018 but Brentford have faced a longer wait. The Bees’ last appearance in the top division was back in 1947 – the first league season after World War II. Thomas Frank's has all of his players available for the game apart from Rico Henry while Christian Nørgaard remains doubtful.
As for Swansea, there was heartbreak for left winger Wayne Routledge who suffered an injury to the anterior cruciate ligament in his knee in the semi-final play-off against Barnsley. He will likely be out until the New Year and either Liam Cullen or Conor Roberts will take his place at Wembley. Midfielder Ollie Cooper will also miss out after twisting his ankle in training earlier this week.
