Tokyo Olympics 2021: "We can all be happy Doncic is Slovenian!"
Slovenia's Zoran Dragic described team-mate Luka Doncic as an "unbelievable person and basketball player" after the 22-year-old starred in Thursday's win over Japan.
Zoran Dragic heaped praise on international team-mate Luka Doncic after the Dallas Mavericks star led Slovenia to a 116-81 thumping of hosts Japan in the men’s Olympics basketball tournament.

Doncic scored 25 points on Thursday as the Slovenians made it two wins from two in Group C and qualified for the quarter-finals.
"I'm happy that I can witness and play with him"
“It's amazing because I was playing with his father [Sasa Doncic] when he was like six or seven years old,” Dragic said of the former Real Madrid man, “and now he’s one of the best players in the world and I’m happy that I can witness and play with him.
“He’s such an awesome guy. It’s so easy to play with him, because he’s such an unbelievable person and basketball player. We can all be happy that he’s Slovenian!”
