MLS All-Stars - Liga MX All-Stars: times, TV and how to watch online

The MLS All-Stars will take on the LIGA MX All-Stars for the first time on Wednesday, 25 August at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles.

MLS All-Star Game 2021

The stars from MLS take on their counterparts from LIGA MX in the 2021 All-Star game, which kicks of at 9pm ET (6pm PT) on Wednesday, 25 August at the Banc of California Stadium, Los Angeles. This will be the first time the two rival leagues will go head-to-head in a game that will celebrate and unite the soccer community from both neighboring countries.

Bradley vs Reynoso

The MLS All-Star 28-man roster was announced on 4 August, with Mexican pair Javier Hernández and Carlos Vela the two standout stars of the team. Eight US players have made the roster, including LAFC’s Julain Araujo, NYFC’s James Sands, FC Dallas forward Ricardo Pepi, Cristain Roldan of the Seattle Sounders, and US men's national team Gold Cup heroes Miles Robinson and Matt Turner. LAFC head coach Bob Bradley will be the manager of the MLS All-Star team.

Cruzl Azul coach Juan Reynoso has been selected to lead the Liga MX All-Stars in their very first MLS All-Star game. Among Reynoso’s 25-man roster are Guillermo Ochoa (América), César Montes (Monterrey), André-Pierre Gignac (Tigres), Ángel Mena (León) and Diego Valdés (Santos).

What time does the MLS All-Star Game kick-off?

The 2021 All-Star game kicks off at 9pm ET (6pm PT) on Wednesday, 25 August at the Banc of California Stadium, Los Angeles, home of LAFC. Opened on April 18, 2018 it was the first open-air stadium built in the City of Los Angeles since 1962 and will soon also be home to National Women's Soccer League's Angel City FC.
