NFL games, concerts, basketball: New Bernabéu set to be potential Real Madrid goldmine

Real Madrid have published a video outlining the features and functionality of the revamped Santiago Bernabéu with work set to finish in 12 months.

Real Madrid published a short video which showcases the functionality and working of the newly re-developed Santiago Bernabéu stadium in the heart of the Spanish capital.

The redevelopment of the iconic stadium is costing the club over 700 million euro and is expected to be completed in a period of approximately 12 months with the capacity set to remain at 81,000 spectators.

The club see the venue as being the ideal setting for hosting major sporting events with the
Spanish side hoping to host both NFL and NBA overseas games in the future. The ground will also compete to offer the capital's music fans a modern setting for major global artists when touring Europe.
