The Army vs Navy football game

As anticipation builds for the 122nd edition of the Army vs Navy game, it's worth noting a little bit of the history surrounding the game. First played in 1830 it's a game in which the recruits of the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point are pitted against the Navy Midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy (USNA). Often watched by sitting presidents, the game is in essence the very epitome of the rivalry between service men and is perhaps one of the most famous sporting traditions in the Unite States.

Kick off is set for 3 p.m. on December 11th, 2021 with the game being played at the MetLife Stadium in the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey. It will mark the first time that the game will be played at MetLife Stadium. Ticket prices and where to get them

While there are several channels through which tickets for the game can be purchased, perhaps the best prices can be found on vividseats where prices start at $121 and go as high as $1053 depending on the type of seating. Alternatively you can purchase tickets directly from the official Westpoint gameday website in which case a portion of the payment goes to the academy. If you are in fact interested in attending the game then be sure to hurry as the stadium is almost at full capacity!
