Xavi adamant his Barça side can win titles this season

Barcelona coach, Xavi Hernandez, has refused to give up LaLiga Santander race despite being 18 points behind leaders Real Madrid.

After admitting that "the main objective" in the regular season is "to be among the top four" to compete in the Champions League next season, Xavi Hernandez has assured that the team is not "to give anything away" with half the season still to play.

"We can't rule out winning LaLiga, we have to be positive. And at the beginning of the year we start the Cup, the Super Cup and the Europa League. Why can't we win titles? We are working hard and improving a lot. The team is believing in it and is adapting to our model of play. We are on the right track", he stated in the run-up to Elche's visit to Camp Nou.

Xavi has admitted that he is very satisfied "with the attitude and the work" of his players both in the training sessions and in the games.
