Does DoorDash deliver girl scout cookies?
The Girl Scouts are teaming up with DoorDash this year to offer consumers the option to order their favorite cookies on-demand through the delivery service.
In an effort to make purchasing Girl Scout Cookies safer as the covid-19 pandemic continues to require people to take precautions, the Girl Scouts and DoorDash are teaming up this year. The exclusive collaboration will also ensure that girls remain at the center of innovation as they embark on another year of the largest girl-led entrepreneurship program in the world.
Local Girl Scouts will partner with the delivery service’s team to use DoorDash’s technology to track and fulfill orders, manage inventory, and more. This will make it easier for consumers to purchase cookies for on-demand delivery or for pickup at a nearby booth in participating markets who don’t already know a Girl Scout.

When can you purchase Girl Scout Cookies with DoorDash
The Girl Scout Cookie season runs from January through April but timing and product availability varies by troop. Starting in January, select markets around the nation will be able to purchase Girl Scout Cookies for pickup or delivery on DoorDash.com or the DoorDash app. The service will expand to other markets nationwide in February. Orders over $25 will also get a free box of cookies if they order through DoorDash.
All proceeds will benefit Girl Scout troops and the local councils which are used by the organization to fund the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. According to a research report by The Girl Scout Research Institute “Girl Scouts are more likely than other girls to have an entrepreneurial mindset and are more likely to want to be an entrepreneur in the future.”
“Through this collaboration, we aim to provide access and opportunity for Girl Scouts, while providing their neighborhoods with safe, efficient, and enjoyable ways to support their local troops,” said Shanna Prevé, DoorDash’s VP of strategic partnerships and business development.
What flavors are available in 2022?
The Girl Scouts website lists 12 flavors for the 2022 season, including several fan-favorites and a new addition. The Girl Scouts announced over the summer they would debut a new flavor called Adventurefuls this year. The brownie-inspired cookie is topped with caramel flavored crème with a hint of sea salt and drizzled with chocolate.
Other flavors introduced in recent past seasons are returning this year, including the gluten-free Caramel Chocolate Chip, Lemon-Ups, S’mores and the Toast-Yay! Other flavors included in the lineup are Lemonades and gluten-free Toffee-tastic cookies.
To round out the list, fans of Girl Scout Cookie classics will be able to get their hands on flavors like Do-si-dos|Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Caramel deLites|Samoas, Peanut Butter Patties|Tagalongs, Shortbread|Trefoils and Thin Mints.
