The NBA first revealed the names of the 10 starters for the 2023 All-Star Game, with LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers and Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks declared as team captains after they tallied the highest number of votes in their own conferences. The NBA All-Star Draft

The NBA changed things up when it comes to the All-Star Draft: this year it will be held right before the game. The two captains, James and Antetokounmpo, will fill up with their rosters from the pool, choosing players regardless of which conference they belong to.

LeBron will have the first pick after having won the biggest number of votes in the All-Star election process. The two will then alternate in picking from the group of players, first drafting from eight starters, then moving on to the 14 reserves.

The NBA All-Star Draft will start at 7:30 p.m. ET / 4:30 p.m. PT on Sunday, Feb. 19, and will air on TNT/TBS.
