With his team trailing at the end of a third tier game in Thailand, Bangkok FC's Aisaret Noichaiboon lashed out at an opposing player and was immediately sacked by his club.

Thai third tier side Bangkok FC have terminated the contract of a player who lashed out in a violent manner during a league game on Sunday.

Bangkok trailed to North Bangkok University FC (3-0) as the game headed intyo added time when Bangkok FC player Aitsaret Noichaiboon reacted violently after being clipped by opponent Supasan Ruangsuphanimit with a brutal left hook.

Bangkok FC would like to [take a] stand and not support the action,” the club said in a statement on its official Facebook account. “The club has cancelled the contract of the player.

“The club would like to express our condolences for the incident, and will do everything possible to stop this happening again.”
