A joint initiative between the governing bodies of Europan footyball (UEFA) and their South American counterparts (CONMEBOL) sees the creation of a new trophy as UEFA EURO 2020 winners Italy and CONMEBOL Copa América 2021 champions Argentina face each other on Wednesday 1 June 2022 (kick-off at 19:45 local time) at London's iconic Wembley stadium.

The game has been branded Finalissima and is the result of the close cooperation and working relationship enjoyed by both organizations.

Tickets for the clash go on sale of Thursday this week via UEFA.com with prices starting as low as 25 pounds sterling for a seat at the inaugural 'Finalissima'.
