With Super Bowl LVII inching ever closer, fans across the globe are gearing up for the battle between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.
There are also those who are gearing up for another big part of the Super Bowl festivities: the commercials.
Names like Miles Teller, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul and many more are already set to be part of the action, and it looks like Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck will be joining them.
Will Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck appear in a Super Bowl commercial?
Both Affleck and Lopez will be part of a Dunkin’ Donuts commercial that will air on Super Bowl Sunday.
“Feelin’ like we could all use some Dunkin’ today,” the company captioned an Instagram video. “SOMETHING’S BEN BREWING. 2.12.23.”
The actor is a known fan of the coffee and donuts chain, and will star in the add, with Lopez making a cameo appearance according to People.
The outlet were on set for filming, which took place at a Medford, Massachusetts location in January.
Filming reportedly saw Affleck wear an employee uniform and interact with customers through the drive-through window.
One woman, Lisa Mackay, told NBC10 Boston that Affleck was “quick-witted and funny” when they talked.
She also added that she signed a form for video of her to be used given they were in the middle of filming a commercial.
“Ben is heavily involved in the commercial as he pitched the script, is directing and starring in it,” a source told ET. “Ben has loved Dunkin’ for years and this partnership couldn’t be more perfect. He’s been very hands on with the whole process and is excited for everyone to see.”
Another source added: “Ben is excited about it and has been very into the campaign and commercial. Ben is really funny and charismatic. He has been making everyone laugh on set.”
Lopez and Affleck at the Grammys
The news comes after Affleck was seen looking less than enthused at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night, with Lopez later posting that she had a great time at the event with her husband.
