Black Mirror returns to Netflix: Release date and first trailer
A new season of Netflix’s popular, mind-bending series “Black Mirror” is set to return to screens, starring some big-name actors.

The newest season of “Black Mirror” is set to hit the screens on Netflix next month with season 7 to feature a wealth of big-name stars. Charlie Brooker’s epic anthology will continue with six mind-blowing episodes, and we fortunately don’t have to wait long to see them as the first will premiere April 10.
Black Mirror season 7: What to expect
Netflix released the first trailer for season 7 of “Black Mirror”, where we get a sneak peak at what to expect and a look at some of the new and old stars featured this season. Take a look.
Will Poulter and Asim Chaudhry return for another season after starring in the 2018 “Black Mirror” interactive special titled “Bandersnatch”. They’re being joined by new stars this season too, including Peter Capaldi, Awkwafina, Paul Giamatti, Rashida Jones, Chris O’Dowd and Issa Rae. Other cast members include Michele Austin, Ben Bailey Smith, Josh Finan, James Nelson-Joyce, Jay Simpson, and Michael Workéyè.
Of the six episodes, one will be a sequel to season four’s “USS Callister”, which will feature the return of Cristin Milioti and Jimmy Simpson, though Jesse Plemons and Michaela Coel will not be in it. In that episode, a programmer simulated a “Star Trek”-like space adventure in which he made clones of his coworkers using their DNA, with chilling consequences. Beyond that, we’ve been given no other information about the contents of the episodes, but we’ll find out on April 10.
