It’s finally here. After diss verses from Kendrick Lamar, a new album from J Cole with a reply, laughter in the comments, removed songs on streaming platforms and apologies from J Cole, the world of hip-hop has seen one of the busiest months in recent memory.

But in all the whirlwind that has swept up previously disillusioned fans, one name has stood out. Drake was yet to reply to Kendrick Lamar after the Compton rapper called him out on his ‘Like That’ verse, with various references declaring the Cold War between the two finally becoming hot.

We’ve now had a Kendrick leak that could well be AI... oh, and Rick Ross has sent shots flying at Drake on a new track. Check it out.

The song originally leaked online yet a refined version was later confirmed to be the real version. Either way Drizzy goes in hard on K Dot. Have a look at the lyrics for yourself and see what you think.

What are the lyrics to Drake’s diss track, ‘Drop and Give Me 50′?

I can never be nobody number one fan
Your first number one, I had to put it in your hand
You p*ssies can't get booked outside America for nan'
I'm out in Tokyo, because I'm big in Japan
I'm the hit maker y'all depend on
Tough on record, in my city it was friend zone
You won't ever take no chain off of us
How the f*ck you big steppin' with a size seven men's on?
This the bark with the bite, n-a, what's up?
I know my picture on the wall when y'all cook up
Extortion baby, whole career you been shook up
'Cause Top told you drop and give me fifty like some push-ups, huh
Your last one bricked, you really not on shit
They make excuses for you, 'cause they hate to see me lit
Pull your contract, 'cause we gotta see the split
Ayy, the way you doin' splits, b*tch, your pants might rip
You better do that motherf*ckin' show inside the bitty
Maroon 5 need a verse, you better make it witty
Then we need a verse for the Swifties
Top say drop, you better drop and give 'em fifty
Pipsqueak, pipe down
You ain't in no Big Three, SZA got you wiped down
Travis got you wiped down, Savage got you wiped down
Like your label, boy, you in a scope right now
And you gon' feel the aftermath of what I write down
I'm at the top of the mountain, so you tight now
Just to have this talk with yo' ass, I had to hike down
Big difference between Mike then and Mike now
What the f*ck is this, a twenty-V-one, n-a?
What's a prince to a king? He a son, n-a
I get more love in the city that you from, n-a
Metro, shut your hoe ass up and make some drums, n-a
Yeah, I'm the 6ix god, I'm the frontrunner
Y'all n-a manager was Chubbs lil' blunt runner
Claim the 6ix, and you boys ain't even come from it
And when you boys got rich, you had to run from it
Cash blowin' Abel bread, out here trickin'
Shit we do for b*tches, he doin' for n-a
Just switched chains, wicked, wicked, wicked
Spend it like you tryna f*ck, boy, you trippin'
Drizzy Chip 'n Dale, probably got your bitch Chanel
I just got undone, boy, don't make me have to chip a nail
Rolling Loud stage, y'all were turnt, that was slick as hell
Lucky that your dawg lil' BM doesn't kiss and tell
Hugs and kisses, man, don't tell me 'bout no switches
I be rockin' every f*ckin' chain I own next visit
I be with some bodyguards like Whitney
Top stay drop, your little midget ass better f*ckin'-
Ayy, better drop and give me fifty, ayy
Drop and give me fifty, drop and give me fifty
N-as really got me out here talkin' like I'm 50, ayy
N-as really got me out here rappin' what I'm livin'
I might take your latest girl and cuff her like I'm Ricky
Can't believe he jumpin' in, this n-a turnin' fifty
Every song that made it on the chart, he got from Drizzy
Worry 'bout whatever goin' on with you and- (Uh)
Ayy, shoutout to the hooper that be bustin' out the griddy
I know why you mad, n-a, I ain't even trippin'
I ain't even rappin' after this, I'm way too busy
This for all the top dogs, drop and give me fifty, drop-drop
And that f*ckin' song y'all got is not startin' beef with us
This sh*t been brewin' in a pot, now I'm heatin' up
I don't care what Cole think, that Dot shit was weak as f*ck
Champagne trippin', he is not f*ckin' easin' up
N-a called up Top, to see if Top wanna peace it up
"Top, wanna peace it up? Top, wanna peace it up?"
Nah, p*ssy, now you on your own when you speakin' up
You done rolled deep to this, it's not f*ckin' deep enough
Beggin' Kai Cenat when you not f*ckin' beatin' us
Numbers-wise, I'm out of here, you not f*ckin' creepin' up
Money-wise, I'm out of here, you not f*ckin' sneakin' up
Cornball, your show money, merch money fee to us
I'ma let you n-as work it out, because I seen enough
This ain't even everything I know, don't wake a demon up
This ain't even everything I know, don't wake a demon up
Drop and give me fifty, all you f*ck n-as teamin' up
What?
What? Teamin' up with all of y'all, fallin' like some dominoes
Bros turnin' hoes, dawg, like I ain't got enough of those
I can't wait to see how far you n-as get to reachin' now
This the closest thing you n-as gettin' to a feature now
Backpedal gang, 'cause a few of y'all been reachin' out
Y'all drew the line, what the f*ck we gotta speak about?
Get your f*ckin' head tapped, you n-as get to peekin' out
You had a song for four years, drop that sh*t and shut your mouth

[Outro]
Shut your mouth, n-a
It's me twice in my Big Three, I had to leave you out
F*ckin' dumb-ass n-a

Is the song AI or Drake?

In the days leading up to the leak, Rory & Mal’s podcast saw the two talking about the upcoming track, even hinting at the content of the lyrics with references to “pushups” and “give me 50″. This gives a huge clue that the track is indeed from Drake, and that it has not officially dropped as of yet.

Whether the song is real or not, the lyrics certainly go hard on Kendrick, as they refer to him as a “midget” as well as saying “You will never take no chain off of us / How the f*ck you been steppin’ with a size 7 Mens on?”

Drake also makes fun of Kendrick’s pop appearances, saying “Maroon 5 need a version, better make it witty / Then we need a verse for the Swifties.” But it wasn’t just Kendrick that Drake mentioned, calling out Metro Boomin’ and Rick Ross: “Metro, shut yo hoe ass up and make some drums, n-a... really got me out here talking Iike im 50.....might take your latest girl and cuff her like I’m Ricky, can’t believe he jumping in, n-a turning 50.”

What do you think? Is the reply real, or did Aubrey’s new ghostwriter, AI, do the job? We’ll be sure to keep you updated when the truth does come out.
