How Joe Alwyn reportedly feels about Taylor Swift’s new romance

It looks as though Joe Alwyn isn’t all that pleased to see that ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift has already moved on to another romance.

The two dated for six years before news of their split emerged back in April.

However, the Daily Mail reports that Alwyn “feels slighted and is distraught” over the fact that Swift is already in a “budding romance” with Matty Healy.

The outlet adds that the actor is upset as he put his “trust” in Swift when she said her and Healy were just friends as they collaborated during the final months of their relationship.

“Joe feels slighted and is distraught after seeing her budding relationship with Matt, but is doing his best to keep busy and focus on himself,” a source told the outlet.

“Joe was aware that Taylor and Matt were making music together and collaborating. She told him that they had become friends and he trusted her,” the source added, while noting that there was no overlap between the two romances.

Alwyn and Swift’s split

Alwyn and Swift split after six years together back in April.

“It wasn’t dramatic,” a source stated. “[The relationship] just ran its course.”

Less than a month after news they had gone their separate ways, Swift was already romantically linked with Healy.

The two have known each other since 2014, with a source telling The Sun that they were already “madly in love.”

“It’s super-early days, but it feels right,” the insider said. “They first dated, very briefly, almost 10 years ago, but the timings just didn’t work out.”

Unlike her relationship with Alwyn, which was very private, Swift has already been photographed with Healy on several occasions.

Healy has also been spotted attending several of Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ shows. They were also spotted kissing at Casa Cipriani in New York City.

A source says that the pair “sat next to each other at a banquette in the lounge”, and that they were “cuddling and kissing” before either of them had ordered food.
