Season 28 of The Bachelor is about to reach its climax. The 10th and final episode of the reality show will air on ABC on Monday 25 March when young, free and single Joey Graziadei will reveal which one of the 32 suitors he has dated during the show he will get engaged to. Just three Bachelorettes remain: Daisy, Kelsey and Rachel, leaving 28-year-old Joey a tough decision to make in the final two programs.

Graziadei, a tennis instructor from Royersford, Pennsylvania who, according to his LinkedIn profile “dabbled in the corporate world” as an account executive for Paylocity before focusing on sport as his preferred profession, teaching tennis full-time. His current occupation is listed as a Lifestyle and Experience Ambassador at Kukui’ula Development in Koloa, Hawaii.

Joey Graziadei: how The Bachelor brings in the money

In May 2021, investor Jason Tartick revealed that Colton Underwood and Blake Horstmann were offered a $100,000 fee to be the Bachelor in Season 23 (Underwood accepted and ended up selecting Cassie Randolph); while Sean Lowe, the star of Season 17, earned a fee between $75,000 to $90,000. Some contestants, bachelors and bachelorettes alike, are believed to have negotiated contracts paying $1000 per day

However, that was five years ago, so it would be safe to assume that Graziadei will have signed a contract for a similar fee, perhaps a little more taking inflation into account. Details of ABC contracts are confidential and haven’t been disclosed. One thing’s for sure, Graziadei will have boosted his personal fortunes by appearing in the show.

Then there is potential income from future reality show, podcast and book deals - plus the possibility that broadcaster ABC could present an offer to televise any future wedding so that the public can see Graziadei and his fiancée celebrate their big day in style. Heading into the final two shows of The Bachelor, Joey’s net worth is believed to be around $250,000 - and growing.
