Roblox back online: Why was it down? What was the problem and who was affected?
Saturday morning and everything appeared to come to an abrupt halt for some gamers, so went on?
How did you spend your Saturday without Roblox? Did you read a book? Watch TV? Stare at the wall?
Well, the horror show is over as the game is finally back online!
Yes, parents, send your children back to their bedrooms; you can finally have your favourite chair back.
Roblox 503 errors
“Users are experiencing all sorts of errors as of 10:43 AM EST,” reported RTC as gamers took to X and other social media platforms to get more information. “It is normal to be logged out of the app, and nothing loading. Many users are experiencing this.”
That was followed by an update: “Some users are experiencing issues with Roblox and 503 errors.”
It was certainly an issue that is affecting some, but not all, and it is still unclear exactly who was having the problems. As well as error messages others were just unable to get anything to appear.
We’re been investigating and keeping a close eye on the Roblox developments. Thankfully, the problem has finally been resolved!
Discord’s chat group were keeping each other company without the game, some users asking about what others were up to during the outage. According to downdetector, the peak of reported outages topped 35,000.
