Jack Harlow describes what it was like working with Lance Reddick on ‘White Men Can’t Jump’

Ahead of his acting debut, Jack Harlow gushed over getting the chance to work with Lance Reddick on ‘White Men Can’t Jump.

Jack Harlow had nothing but positive things to say about Lance Reddick, as the 25-year-old remembered his ‘White Men Can’t Jump’ costar at the film’s Los Angeles premiere on Thursday.

Reddick passed away suddenly roughly two months ago at the age of 60, and Harlow says he was able to spend about two days on set with him while making the sports comedy.

“I got about two days on set with Lance and he was an absolute pleasure to be around,” Harlow told Entertainment Tonight.

“I’m so glad you brought the legend up. Rest in peace to Lance.”

‘White Men Can’t Jump’ sees Harlow star as a former basketball star Jeremy, who teams up with Sinqua Walls’ Kamal as they look to make some money at a basketball tournament.

Harlow said he was pleased with his first time acting on the big screen, and that he may pursue more roles in the future.

“It makes me hungry, I want more. I want to keep going, you know?” Harlow added. “It’s just a taste, and it was great, but I’m excited to keep moving.”

Reddick passed away on March 17 when he was round in his Studio City home in Los Angeles, California.

“Acclaimed actor Lance Reddick passed away suddenly this morning from natural causes,” his reps shared in a statement.

“Lance was best known for his roles in ‘The Wire’, ‘Bosch’, Netflix’s ‘Resident Evil’ and the ‘John Wick’ films.
