Jenna Ortega to appear at the 2023 Kids’ Choice Awards

Just a day ahead of the 2023 Kids’ Choice Awards, another set of celebrities have been announced to make an appearance at the big night. Jenna Ortega, Dwayne Johnson, Dove Cameron, Miranda Cosgrove, Olivia Rodrigo, and Kelly Rowland are just some of the select stars that will be appearing on stage tomorrow night.

Previously announced stars that are to make an appearance as well include Awkwafina, Halle Bailey, Pete Davidson, Peyton List, Melissa McCarthy, YouTuber MrBeast, Chris Pine, Anthony Ramos, Michelle Rodriguez, Seth Rogen, content creators Michael Le and Bella Poarch, as well as Rapper Lil Uzi Vert.

Another performer

Alongside the new list of celeb appearances, Lil Baby has also been announced as another performer in addition to Bebe Rexha and Young Dylan from Tyler Perry’s ‘Young Dylan’ T.V. Series.

The Grammy award-winning rapper is set to perform his hit ‘California Breeze’ which peaked at the number four spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Celebrities appearing and nominated

Jenna Ortega has attended Kids’ Choice Award Ceremonies in the past, but this year will be her first year nominated. Ortega is nominated Favorite Female TV Star in a Family show, for her role in ‘Wednesday.’

Miranda Cosgrove, is also up for a nomination in the same category but for her role as Carly in the ‘iCarly’ 2021 reboot, which has had two successful seasons so far. She was also nominated and won the same award last year.

Similarly, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is also set to appear tomorrow and has numerous nominations. Johnson has two nominations, Favorite Movie Actor for his role in ‘Black Adam,’ and Favorite Voice from an Animated Series for his role as Krypto in ‘DC League of Super-Pets.’

It has yet to be confirmed whether megastar Taylor Swift will be in attendance for tomorrow’s ceremony. However, the pop star currently holds the most nominations for this year’s Kids’ Choice Awards.

Swift is nominated for five awards total, with her two songs ‘Anti-Hero’ and ‘Bejeweled’ competing for the Favorite Song Category. While her cat Olivia Benson Swift is nominated for the Favorite Celebrity Pet Award.

Close behind her is Harry Styles with four total nominations, Favorite Global Music Star, Favorite Male Artist, Favorite Song, and Favorite Album.
