Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck back out on another house

The iconic duo are still looking for their dream house after leaving behind a $64 million mansion in the Pacific Palisades.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck can’t seem to find their dream home after the pair recently pulled the plug on the purchase of a $64 million mansion in the Pacific Palisades.

The could-have-been home for Lopez and Affleck sits on 1.13 acres of yard that includes a massive backyard with a pool and firepit area.

As for the inside, it includes amenities such as a gym, a professional media room, game room, an elevator, eight bedrooms and nearly a dozen bathrooms.

It’s unknown why the pair pulled out of their purchase, though TMZ reported they “made frequent visits to the home.” But with a huge housing market and a big budget, Lopez and Affleck are still on the hunt for their perfect family home.

Lopez and Affleck can’t settle on a property

Over the past few months, the power couple have submitted and retracted offers for other homes, meaning this isn’t the first time they’ve changed their mind about buying.

The previous property the pair looked at was a $34.5 million mansion, also in the Pacific Palisades.

It included 13 bathrooms, a six-car garage, a detached guest house, an outdoor kitchen, a wine cellar, and a dining room with an elegant home bar and fireplace.

The master bedroom also had a private balcony, and his-and-her bathrooms and closets. Although not much is known about the second house they dropped out on, the couple had reportedly looked into several other homes within the neighborhood.

Finding space for a large family

Since Lopez and Affleck got married back in July 2022, their family lives became blended.

The pair have made goals to be more cohesive by having lots of family time, along with making enough room for every one of them to be under the same roof at once.

JLo shares 15-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with Marc Anthony, and Affleck and Jennifer Garner share three children, 17-year-old Violet, 14-year-old Seraphina, and 11-year-old Samuel.
