Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, who got married in July 2022, look to have found their marital home in a ritzy Los Angeles neighborhood already housing a litany of A-list celebrities. Reportedly the pair have already already signed a contract to secure the property,

The multimillion-dollar Pacific Palisades estate in Los Angeles was listed for $34.5 million, and JLo and Affleck were spotted touring the grounds of the 15, 100-square mansion.

The family tour

JLo, having just listed her $42.5 million-dollar Bel Air mansion, planned to move into a house big enough for herself and Affleck, as well as all of their children whenever they come to stay with them.

The couple brought along their family, including Affleck’s 14-year-old daughter Seraphina, who performed in an orchestra concert in LA last month that brought together the whole family, including her mother Jennifer Garner, and Lopez’s 14-year-old twins, Emme and Maximilian.

This home fits the bill

TMZ published photos of the stunning property, with what the listing describes as a “Hamptons-esque” home, set on an acre of land surrounded by Sycamore trees.

The property has a pool, a Jacuzzi, a six-car garage, an arched brick porte-cochere, a motor court, an outdoor kitchen, and a detached guest house.

Inside the home there are reportedly seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, six fireplaces, servants’ quarters, a gym and health spa, a wine cellar, and a home theater.

The house hunt

Affleck and Lopez secured the property after months of touring several other homes — some in a much higher price range.

The celebrity couple were close to buying late television businessman Aaron Spelling’s $165 million dollar Bel Air property in 2022, but they ultimately decided not to go through with it. The same house is now listed at $55 million.

Meanwhile, JLo is working on selling her home of six years, a French-style mansion in Bel Air with nine bedrooms. The ‘Love Don’t Cost a Thing’ singer listed the property in January 2023 for an asking price of $42.5 million.
