Ben Affleck’s expression at the Grammy Awards continues to attract attention, with wife Jennifer Lopez getting in on the action and poking fun at her husband.

The actor attended Sunday’s ceremony with his wife in what was their first major event since their marriage back in 2022.

However, Affleck made headlines because every time the camera panned over to them, he looked less than enthused to be at the show.

Affleck became a viral hit on social media as a result, with fans sharing countless memes and jokes as they speculated over the reason for his appearance.

Lopez has since played down any suggestions of a fight between the two, posting a montage on her Instagram account of her getting ready on the big day with the caption: “Always the best time with my love, my husband 🤍.”

Lopez pokes fun at Affleck

The trailer for Affleck’s upcoming film, ‘Air’, was released on Thursday, and Lopez showed her support by sharing the trailer on social media.

“AIR … cannot wait!” she tweeted along with a preview of the film, before tagging the movie’s stars Matt Damon, Viola Davis, Chris Tucker, Jason Bateman and Chris Messina.

However, as the clip begins, the words, “MY HUSBAND’S HAPPY FACE” were written across the screen, with a picture of Affleck’s blank expression.

Affleck and ‘Air’

Along with starring in ‘Air’, Affleck will also direct the film. It’s the first time he’s directed since 2016′s ‘Live by Night’. He also directed the 2012 hit ‘Argo’, which won Best Picture at the 85th Academy Awards.

The movie focuses on the rise of Nike and Michael Jordan, who joined forces to create the Air Jordan brand. At the time Nike was second string to Converse, while Jordan was a rookie that had never stepped foot on an NBA court.

Matt Damon stars as Sonny Vaccaro, an executive of Nike’s basketball division tasked with breathing live into the department, while Affleck plays Nike co-founder Phil Knight.

The cast of ‘Air’ also includes Jason Bateman as Rob Strasser, Chris Messina as David Falk, Marlon Wayans as George Raveling, Matthew Maher as Peter Moore, Chris Tucker as Howard White, Viola Davis as Deloris Jordan, Gustaf Skarsgård as Horst Dassler and Julius Tennon as James Jordan.

‘Air’ is set to hit theaters on April 5.
