Jennifer Lopez turns 55 today and it will be a birthday with a difference for the renowned actress, dancer, singer and businesswoman. In addition to her successes in her acting and music career, J-Lo has hit the headlines for her personal relationships, having been engaged, married, and divorced several times.

Recently, the singer has been back in the spotlight with suggestions of turmoil in her marriage to Ben Affleck. According to reports, both have been living apart and, supposedly, the actor has removed his belongings from their shared mansion.

A source shared with People that their marital problems are not related to the singer’s level of fame: “The idea that Ben thinks Jennifer is too famous and that she didn’t know what she was getting into with the attention on her marriage is not true. There are deeper problems...” Neither of the two has spoken publicly.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck put house up for sale

Earlier this month, it emerged that Jennifer and Affleck have put their home on the market. The couple announced that their Beverly Hills home is up for sale for $68 million. The two originally purchased the home in June 2023 for $60 million.

According to Us Weekly, the 38,000-square-foot home has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. It also has a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a 12-car garage and parking available for up to 80 vehicles.

JLo and the Batman star were looking for a house to live in together for almost 2 years, examining more than 80 properties before choosing the mansion. In the meantime, the singer is still living in the mansion, but the actor moved into a rental house in Brentwood, in addition to moving his belongings out of the shared house.
