Sports commentator and TV personality Kay Adams knows more than just sports. In a recent post on X, she provided some dating advice that’s gone viral.


Sportscaster and TV personality Kay Adams is well known for her time as a host on NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football” from 2016-2022 and other hosting roles. Throughout her career, she’s made her name as an expert in football.
But recently, she opened up her social media for questions and answered one about dating that’s since gone viral.

In the post, the question is visible at the top and reads: “How do I move past the talking stage with a girl?”
She started her response with, “I know it’s daunting to put yourself in a position to get rejected, but it’s just what you’re gonna have to do.”

She continued: “There’s no way to bubble wrap it for you and have some, like, magic, ‘oh no, you’re not gonna get rejected', it might happen.”
She told the user to ask the girl to dinner anyway and take the risk. She said to make his intentions clear with her and although it might “suck”, Adams assured him, with a Fred Warner comparison, that he can handle it.
“If Fred Warner can have an All-Pro, 17-game season on a broken ankle, you surely can deal with a little, ‘oh, I’m sorry, I don’t like you back.‘”
