Kelly Clarkson’s alleged stalker has been arrested yet again for violating the terms of the restraining orders 12 times.

Huguette Nicole Young was arrested outside Clarkson’s San Fernando Valley home on Wednesday night according to TMZ. Security saw the woman walking around the property before calling 911, and cops arrived soon after to make an arrest.

The arrest comes after Clarkson was granted a temporary restraining order in addition to a permanent one last week, but Young has since violated the terms 12 times.

Another peculiar part of the story is that Young has repeatedly appeared at the property at 8:59 p.m., but it’s unknown if there is any significance to the time according to TMZ.

Insiders told the outlet that Clarkson is so concerned about the alleged stalker that she doesn’t allow her children to walk outside the gate at night.

Clarkson and stalker have a history

The Daily Mail reports the alleged stalker initially tracked Clarkson down at her home in Nashville close to a decade ago, before following her to Los Angeles. Young has been known to also leave unwanted gifts on the property.

Last week Clarkson was granted five-year long restraining orders against Young and Victor Fernandez according to TMZ.

The alleged stalkers are prohibited from making any kind of contact with the singer and her two children, daughter River and son Remington, and must stay at least 100 yards away.

Fernandez has allegedly appeared at Clarkson’s home multiple times since Thanksgiving according to TMZ. The head of the singer’s security team, Michael Lopez, claims Fernandez first stopped by the home on Thanksgiving.

Lopez alleges Fernandez arrived in a semi-truck before looking over the privacy gate and into the yard. He allegedly made more two more visits later that same day - once in a semi-truck and once on foot, ringing the doorbell and asking to see the singer.

Documents say Fernandez returned on December 3 and spoke to the house staff once again, allegedly telling them that Clarkson instructed him to meet her. The singer says she has no idea who he he is.

Ludwin Munoz, another member of the security team, claims he spoke with Fernandez via the home camera system, and that the man seemed confused and irritated when denied entry.

“This is the second time she has done this...unless I am speaking to a scammer or something,” Fernandez is alleged to have said.
