Megan Fox and MGK take ‘healing’ holiday in Hawaii
The couple are back on and working out their issues from the beach in Hawaii.
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are taking steps to work out their relationship problems, as the two are on holiday together in Hawaii.
The engaged couple have had a notoriously passionate on-again, off-again relationship, and have been on the rocks since the Super Bowl in February. Sources close to Fox had said she was hurt and angry, but not ready to close the door for good.
Now, they are reportedly “more connected than ever”.
No place like the beach to settle disputes
In photos released Thursday by the Daily Mail, the couple are seen walking on the beach in Hawaii and playing together, as they hold hands and MGK carries Fox on his back.
Fox, who is 36 years old, and 32-year-old Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, stayed at the Four Seasons Hualalai.
A source told the outlet that their reconciliation is official, and the engagement is back on.
“They’re officially back on after going through a rocky patch in their relationship,” the insider revealed. “The last few months has been tough for them both but they went away together to do some healing and it’s been working.”
“They feel more connected than ever. Megan is extremely spiritual and believes that Colson is her soulmate. She was never going to give up on them, but felt as though they needed to spend some quality time together.”
Back from the break
The rekindling of Fox and Kelly’s romance comes after weeks of ups and downs between the two. Fox went out partying in March without her engagement ring, and in February they had an upsetting moment at couple’s therapy.
The most recent news of the couple before the Hawaii trip is that they were “on a break”. They even reportedly looked tense and uncomfortable in the opening phase of their trip, but appear to have settled in and found some common ground.
Fox really likes MGK
Fox has spoken publicly about her intense feelings for the singer, often talking about her emotions in obscure illustrations, like calling MGK her “twin flame”.
“Instead of a soulmate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time,” Fox said in July 2020. “So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away.”
