Megan Thee Stallion spotted holding hands with Romelu Lukaku
The singer was spotted with the soccer star at a wedding, fuelling rumors she’s split from Pardison Fontaine.
It looks as though Megan Thee Stallion has found a new beau.
The rapper was spotted hanging out with soccer star Romelu Lukaku at the wedding of an Inter Milan teammate on Monday.
The pair were seen holding each other at one point as they attended Lautaro Martinez and Agustina Gandalfo’s nuptials.
Megan wore a formfitting olive green dress for the occasion, while Lukaku looked stylish in a gray suit that showed off his muscles.
It’s unclear when the two may have first started seeing each other, or if they are currently exclusive.
Megan Thee Stallion has moved on?
However, what the sighting does do is suggest that Megan has ended her relationship with longtime boyfriend Pardison “Pardi” Fontaine.
The two first sparked dating rumors back in early 2021, with Megan telling her followers during an Instagram Live that he was “so perfect, and he would never do anything to hurt me.”
From there, the couple made their red carpet debut at the iHeartRadio Awards in Los Angeles in May 2021. They were also seen together last October when they celebrated their anniversary at Brooklyn Chop HouseTimes Square in New York, with a source telling Page Six “Pardi spent hours creating the rooftop experience and decor.”
“[The] rooftop was decked out with thousands of balloons, red roses, and lit by candles. Megan was in awe and looked stunning.”
Their relationship came as Megan battled Tory Lanez in court. Lanez was found guilty of shooting Megan following an altercation in July 2020.
“To any woman especially ones of color that has suffered an injustice, I feel for you,” Fontaine wrote on his Instagram Stories following the verdict in December 2022.
“When you do find the courage to speak up.. it seems you will be ridiculed.. your credibility will [be] questioned.. your entire past will be held under a magnifying glass.. in an instant, you can go from victim to defendant in the eyes of the public.
“To anyone with a daughter, sister, mother, niece or aunt.. I pray for their protection.. I pray for their covering.. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.”
