Olivia Wilde claims Jason Sudeikis isn’t paying child support

Actress and director Olivia Wilde is currently locked in a messy legal battle with her ex, actor Jason Sudeikis, over the custody of their two children: Otis, 8, and Daisy, 6.

The couple began dating in 2011 and became engaged in 2013, but never married. Their relationship ended in November 2020 after Wilde started seeing her ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ co-star Harry Styles.

Sudeikis served Wilde court documents regarding the custody of their kids on stage at CinemaCon 2022.

Wilde’s claims

While addressing the court, Wilde claimed that Sudeikis “is not paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter.”

She continued, “While Jason and I have been splitting certain expenses for the children, such as their school tuition, I have been bearing 100% of the costs of the children’s care when they are with me, including, but not limited to, their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation costs.”

A source fires back

A source, who is apparently close to Sudeikis, told People that Wilde’s filing isn’t completely accurate.

“Olivia and Jason shared costs equally and fairly throughout their relationship including everything related to the children,” the source said.

“Jason took it upon himself to initiate the proceedings in the first place to ensure that the kids would be properly cared for by both parents based on the court deciding what is fair and financially going forward.”

What is Wilde’s net worth?

Wilde’s net worth was leaked to the public last month via legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail.

It was revealed that the actress has a net worth of over $10 million split between her bank accounts, stocks, bonds, real estate and other property.

The documents also stated that while Wilde earns a $71,667 monthly income, she reportedly spends $107,000 per month.
