Police report details why Liam Payne fell from hotel balcony

The music world was shocked by the tragic death of Liam Payne in Buenos Aires last month. The One Direction singer was found unresponsive after falling from the balcony of his room on the third floor of the CasaSur Palermo Hotel.

An accident that occurred after the artist became aggressive and suffered a a seizure down in the hotel reception area.

Cocktail of drugs found in Liam Payne’s body

The autopsy showed that the singer and former member of the legendary band One Direction had, at the time of his death, multiple narcotic substances in his body. In fact, according to the toxicology results, he had consumed a cocktail of drugs in which he mixed cocaine, crack, benzodiazepine and tusi, also known as pink cocaine.

Now, a month after the British artist’s death, new information continues to come to light regarding his case, and TMZ, based on the police report, has published that Liam had been trying to leave his hotel room, and had even threatened to use the balcony as a means of escape.

They also rely on some evidence, such as when they found his body, he had a bag tied to his shoulder that he was not carrying when he was taken out of the lobby, just as they found that Liam had been wearing a cap, suggesting that he was attempting to leave the hotel.

Payne fell trying to climb down from his hotel room

Liam was attempting to climb down from the balcony of his third-floor room to the second-floor room, and then descend to the ground below and escape from the hotel. A theory that, according to the cited media, is supported by the police report, which says that two days after the artist’s death, a hotel employee went to the second-floor room, precisely below Liam’s room, and found a brown rucksack with a note inside that said: “For Liam,” as well as several pills and a bottle of Jack Daniels.

In September he already escaped from a balcony of a house

There is a precedent that TMZ also notes. In September Payne also worried his bodyguard, who forced him to stay in a room in a rental house in Florida after being under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

On that occasion, Liam ended up escaping through the balcony using a garden hose to reach the ground.

The late singer was laid to rest after a private service in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, last Wednesday. The funeral was attended by Payne’s former bandmates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik as well as his girlfriend Kate Cassidy, former partner Cheryl and other celebrities.
