Rich Homie Quan dies at 33 years old: What was the cause of the rapper’s death?
The rapper Rich Homie Quan, best known for his single “Type of Way”, has been confirmed dead.


The American rapper Rich Homie Quan, who had a major hit with the 2013 single “Type of Way”, has died at the age of 33.
Not known how Quan died
Quan, whose real name was Dequantes Devontay Lamar, was confirmed dead on Thursday in a statement issued to the media by the Fulton County Medical Examiner.
Jimmy Sadler, Fulton County’s senior medical examiner investigator, told the Associated Press that the artist died at an Atlanta hospital, with an autopsy scheduled to take place on Friday.
Details of Quan’s cause of death have not been revealed.

Was foaming at mouth, per 911 call
The celebrity-news outlet TMZ has obtained a recording of the 911 call made by Quan’s girlfriend, Amber Williams, after she discovered him unresponsive at his Atlanta home.
Williams told the dispatcher that he had been asleep on the couch when she took her son to school, and that she had returned to find he hadn’t moved. “I don’t feel a heartbeat, I don’t see him breathing”, Williams said, per TMZ, adding that he appeared to be foaming at the mouth.
