New power couple alert! Could Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Taylor Swift and two-time Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce actually be dating? On Sunday afternoon, the 33-year-old singer-songwriter was spotted in the stands at Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri backing Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs in their NFL game against the Chicago Bears.

Not only was the “Cruel Summer” singer kitted out in Chiefs colours, presumably showing her support for the home side, but she was also seen sitting in a VIP box next to none other than Donna Kelce, the mother of her rumoured new love interest.

Chiefs’ Travis Kelce invites pop superstar to watch him play

Swift’s NFL appearance comes just a matter of days after the Chiefs tight end revealed on The Pat McAfee Show that he had been in touch with the pop superstar following his failed attempt to pass her his phone number at one of her Eras Tour shows.

“It’s hilarious how much traction this has actually got. Right now, it’s like that old game in school called ‘Telephone’, where everybody is just whispering in everybody’s ear, just hearing some random stuff”, Kelce commented.

“I threw the ball in her court and I told her ‘I’ve seen you rock the stage in Arrowhead, you might have to come see me rock the stage in Arrowhead and see which one’s a little more lit.’ So we’ll see what happens in the near future.”

The relationship between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift

Rumours of a relationship between the pair began to surface after Kelce revealed in July that he tried to pass his phone number on to Swift via a friendship bracelet, which didn’t work out due to the singer not talking to anyone immediately before or after her shows.

I was a little butthurt that I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her. I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it”, Travis confessed on his New Heights podcast, which he hosts with his brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce.

The rumoured romance remained just that until Jason began hinting that the duo were in fact in a relationship, speculation which will only increase after Swift was spotted with Mrs. Kelce in Kansas City.
