Ryan Gosling is reportedly a big fan of Disneyland, and he isn’t afraid to let it be known.

The news comes from John Stamos, who recently revealed that Gosling helped him get over his slight embarrassment over the fact he visits the park regularly as an adult.

“Six or seven years ago, I was like, ‘Man, I gotta shed this Disney thing, [because] who’s gonna take me seriously with the Mickey Mouse stuff? I’ve gotta distance myself from it,’” Stamos revealed to Keke Palmer on the ‘Baby, This is Keke Palmer’ podcast.

Stamos says that Gosling helped him change his mind during a dinner party encounter.

“‘You’re a Disney fan, aren’t you?’” Stamos recalls Gosling asking him.

“I say, ‘Yeah.’ He goes, ‘I’m obsessed. I’m a Disney adult. I go there by myself. I wear headphones. I go on rides. I have a mixtape.’

“I go, ‘Yeah, me too. I’m a Disney guy too.’ So that kind of turned the corner for me.”

Gosling and his love for Disney

Gosling’s love for all things Disney likely started back in the 90s, when he starred in ‘The Mickey Mouse club’ from 1993 to 1995.

The show, which featured on the Disney Channel, also featured other future stars like Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera.

Although Gosling is a big fan of the theme park, he’ll be busy in the coming weeks ahead of the release of his next movie, ‘Barbie’.

The film which is directed by Greta Gerwig, sees Gosling star as Ken, with Margot Robbie playing Barbie. The two recently appeared in character at CinemaCon last month.

“I was living my life and then one day, I was bleaching my hair and shaving my legs and wearing bespoke neon outfits and rollerblading down Venice Beach,” Gosling joked about his role.

“Why is there fake tanner on my sheets? Why am I wearing jackets without shirts? What just happened?”
