Although there have been persistent rumours of all not being well in the relationship between Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez, the pair attempted to put an end to speculation of a split by stepping out together in Madrid last week to promote the Portuguese star’s new brand of bottled water.

Cristiano and Georgina’s prenuptial agreement

And according to Spanish digital newspaper Okdiario, the couple’s commitment to one another is unwavering, so much so that they have even put it in writing. Several Portuguese media outlets have revealed the details.

Last week, the headline splashed across the front page of TV GUIA read: “Cristiano and Georgina united by their children: everything you need to know about their prenuptial agreement”. The magazine reported that after the Netflix star had first fallen pregnant, the pair had reached an agreement to ensure that assets of both would be protected were they ever to separate.

Under its terms, Georgina would become the sole owner of their family home in the luxurious La Finca neighbourhood in Pozuelo in Madrid and would receive €100,000 (circa $107,500) per month for the rest of her life. Some of the conditions of the agreement were modified following the birth in 2022 of Bella Esmeralda, the couple’s youngest daughter.

Georgina, legal mother of twins Eva and Mateo

On Portuguese TV show Noite das Estrelas, meanwhile, it was claimed the Georgina is not only the mother of her biological children Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda but is also legally registered as that of twins Eva and Mateo, who were both to a surrogate mother.

“I know from a very credible source close to Georgina that she, in addition to being the mother of Alana and Bella Esmeralda, is also the mother of the twins Eva and Mateo. In other words, she’s not their biological mother, but they are legally registered as her children with her surname”, said presenter Maya.

And Portuguese TV channel CMTV added more colour to the story: “On 18 December 2018, Georgina Rodríguez traveled alone from Turin, Italy to Lugano, Switzerland to register Alana Martina as a Portuguese citizen at the Portuguese consulate. Twins Eva and Mateo, who were born in the same year, 2017, were also registered. Georgina travelled alone but was in possession of a document signed by Cristiano Ronaldo that gave her full authorisation to register the children”.

In short, Cristiano and Georgina have dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s.
